bin: Symlinks nicht mehr im Repo, rdb install legt sie an

Die Symlinks zeigten mit absolutem Pfad auf bin/rdb und waren auf jedem
Rechner geändert. Jetzt ignoriert .gitignore alles in bin/ außer rdb.
README weist auf mise run install bzw. bin/rdb install nach dem Clone hin.
